Everything the Pack includes and its terms
- A mission by a scout from the Player Scouting network at an official match, within 8 match weeks (winter break and weeks with no declared match are not counted)
- The complete, quality-checked report, delivered no later than 21 days after the match: a gauge for each area (technical, physical, Match attitude), observations and recommendations
- One mission every year, renewal years included, while you remain subscribed
- The advice library: first opens no later than 1 December 2026

- The gold badge, numbered from 001 to 100 in the order of payment confirmation, visible only in your account: it is never shown to clubs and never changes the order of their search results.
100 places, one Pack per player, at most two per account. €99 per year, with the price locked while you remain subscribed. The subscription renews automatically each year and can be cancelled at any time (in the first year, at the end of the paid year); you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
For a player from U10 to U21, including goalkeepers, registered with an affiliated club in Belgium, in a province covered by the scout network.
The Pack pays for a scouting mission, never a rating.
Verified clubs gain access to cards no earlier than December 2026.

Our commitments
- The same price, whatever the report says. No plan buys a better position in a club’s search results.
- Scouts from the Player Scouting network, appointed by our team: a scout never observes a player who is being monitored by a club the scout belongs to.
- Every report is checked before delivery. You decide, report by report, whether verified clubs can read its observations and gauges. No numerical rating ever appears on the player card.
- Videos stay with their hosting provider: a link is enough, no file is uploaded.
- No promise of a contract, selection or trial. A refund if we fail to honour our commitment.

Parents' questions.
Who can join?
From U10 to U21. Before 18, the parent or legal representative signs the player up; from 18, the player signs up themselves. Starting Pack is sold for a player registered with an affiliated club in Belgium, in a province covered by the scout network. In Belgium, players at Elite 1 / Elite 2 clubs cannot join the priority list.
Who can see the profile?
Only verified clubs and academies and their authorised senior staff. Profiles contain self-declared information and videos, never scouts’ internal ratings.
How do contacts work?
Before 16, a parent handles requests. At 16 and 17, every contact also goes to the parent. Contact details are never public.
Does paying improve the profile’s position in search results?
No. No plan changes the order of a club's search results. The Pack pays for a scouting mission, never a rating.
What happens if I cancel the subscription?
The card is no longer visible to clubs. Reports already delivered remain yours.
Can the profile be hidden or deleted?
Yes, at any time, on request. When hidden, the profile no longer appears in club searches.
Who is the scout?
A scout from the Player Scouting network, appointed by our team. The scout never observes a player who is being monitored by a club the scout belongs to. Every report is checked by the Player Scouting team before delivery.
Does my child’s club need to be told?
No. The scout attends the match like any other spectator and contacts neither the club nor the coach.
How do I add videos?
Paste the video link (YouTube, Vimeo, Veo). We recommend an unlisted link. Everyone who appears in the video must have given their consent.
Will my child be recruited?
We do not promise that. We give you an outside perspective and recommendations to help your child progress; nothing guarantees interest or contact from a club, a trial or selection. Player Scouting is neither a player agent nor a player intermediary.
Who sees the report?
Only you, by default. You can share it with verified clubs, report by report: they then read the observations and gauges, never a numerical rating. You can stop sharing it at any time.
